We can't guarantee that everything on this site is accurate, complete, or current. Content here is meant for general informational purposes and shouldn't be your only source when making decisions — always check more authoritative or up-to-date sources where relevant. Anything you do based on this site's content is at your own risk.

Section 4 — Pricing and Service Changes

Prices for our products can change at any time.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service without advance notice, and we won't be liable to you or anyone else for doing so.

Forming a contract: Listing a product on our site is not a binding offer — it's simply a catalogue. Clicking "Buy" is you making an offer to purchase, and you'll get an automatic email confirming we received your order. That confirmation email is not, on its own, our acceptance of the contract.

Some products or services are only available through our website, sometimes in limited stock, and can only be returned or exchanged under our Return Policy.

We do our best to display accurate product colors and images, but we can't promise your screen will render them exactly as they appear in person.

We may also limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order — including across accounts sharing the same card, billing address, or shipping address. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details you gave us at checkout. We may also restrict orders that appear, in our judgment, to come from resellers or distributors rather than individual customers.

You agree to keep your account and purchase details accurate and current — including your email address and payment information — so we can process your orders and reach you when needed.

These are provided "as is," with no guarantees or endorsement from us, and we're not liable for anything that happens when you use them.

You agree your Comments won't violate anyone else's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, or otherwise), and won't contain anything defamatory, obscene, or malicious. Don't use a fake email address or pretend to be someone you're not. You're solely responsible for your Comments, and we take no responsibility for content posted by you or others.

Any customs clearance fees or import duties are excluded from the listed price and remain the customer's responsibility.

Any personal information you provide through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Section 11 — Errors and Omissions

Our site may occasionally include typos, inaccuracies, or missing information — whether in product listings, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, or availability. We may correct these, update information, or cancel an order at any time if something turns out to be inaccurate, even after you've already placed that order.

We're not obligated to update or clarify information on the site unless the law requires it. A "last updated" date shouldn't be taken to mean everything on the page is current.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest of the Terms remain fully valid.

Section 16 — Termination

Any obligations that existed before termination will survive it.

These Terms stay in effect until either you or we end them. You can stop using our Services at any time to terminate this agreement.

If we believe you've broken any part of these Terms, we can end this agreement immediately without notice. You'll still owe any amounts due up to that point, and we may cut off your access to some or all of the Service.

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

If we don't act on a particular right or provision, that doesn't mean we've given it up.

These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, make up the full agreement between you and us regarding the Service, replacing any earlier agreements or discussions — written or verbal, including older versions of these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is ambiguous, that ambiguity won't automatically be held against whoever wrote it.
