At Grace & Oliver, we want ordering and delivery to feel effortless. Here's a full breakdown of how your order moves from checkout to your door.
Processing & Dispatch
Our order cut-off each day is 6:00 PM. Anything placed before that time is processed the same working day; orders placed afterward, over the weekend, or on a public holiday move to the next working day. From there, processing usually takes 1–3 working days.
Once processed, your order ships out, with delivery typically taking 6–10 working days.
How to Place an Order
Shopping with us is quick:
- Find the item you want on its product page.
- Select "Add to Cart."
- Double-check you've chosen the right size, colour, and variant.
- Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping information.
- Review your address carefully before selecting "Pay Now."
- Confirm everything looks correct and complete payment. Every payment option is SSL-encrypted for a secure checkout.

How Orders Are Shipped
We aim to process and ship every order as efficiently as possible. To help keep our pricing competitive, we group orders together and dispatch them once we hit our shipping threshold.
My Order Shows "Delivered" But I Never Got It
Every shipped order comes with tracking so you can follow its journey. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address given at checkout, we consider the order complete, and responsibility for the package shifts to the customer at that point.
If your order shows as delivered but hasn't actually arrived:
- Double-check the shipping address on your confirmation email.
- Ask around — neighbors, other household members, or a building manager may have accepted it on your behalf.
- Reach out to the shipping carrier directly for more detailed delivery information.
We can't take responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, but we know that's a frustrating spot to be in — we're glad to help by sharing tracking details and helping you open a claim with the carrier.
